Please note that the Earn Credits plan is provided by a third party (SuperSonic Co.). If you think you are missing credits, and have waited already more than two hours, please contact Supersonic support team for further assistance.
You can check your earned credits by scrolling to the bottom of the SuperSonic Earn Credits screen and selecting the "Missing Credits?” option.
When you click on the "Missing Credits?” option under Credits Status page, you will find the option to submit your inquiry to Supersonic.

If you have already submitted a ticket with SuperSonic and you haven't received a response from them after 48 hrs, send us a message to email@example.com Please include a screenshot of your Earned Credits Status page showing the Ticket ID, the offer you completed, and your SuperSonic User ID. This can be found on the bottom of the Earned Credits Status page.
