Missing NativeX Earned Credits

Please note that the Earn Credits plan is provided by a third party (NativeX Co.). If you think you are missing credits, and have waited already more than two hours, please contact NativeX support team for further assistance.

If your offer has not been verified, please confirm that you have fulfilled all the requirements.

If you completed the offer and you haven't received the earned credits, then contact NativeX support team.

You will find the option to submit your inquiry to NativeX, when you click on the "Need help?” option under Offers page.

At the bottom of the page there is Contact customer support link, this will direct you to a form to fill out so you can submit a support ticket

If you have already submitted a ticket with NativeX support team and haven't received a response from them after 48 hrs, please let us know by contacting Talkatone Support at: support@talkatone.com

Include the name of the offer you completed, and the email from NativeX support confirming the arrival of your inquiry.
