My incoming calls go straight to Voicemail. What do I do?

You should have received an email from us warning you about our FAIR USE LIMITS. These refer to an effort to curb abuse of our system, which could potentially become overloaded. It also limits spamming.

Our Fair Use limits policy applies only to incoming calls and outbound text messages. 

Please note that the Fair Use Limits will activate if:
A) Too many text messages are sent in too short a time period; or 
B) If too many text messages are sent, and you do not receive incoming text messages; or
C) Too many inbound calls are received, and no outbound calls are made.
You should be aware that if you exceed the Fair Use Limits for inbound calling, your inbound calls will be sent straight to your Talkatone Voicemail until your fair use limits are reset.
You should also be aware that if you exceed the Fair Use Limits for texting, your ability to send texts will be suspended until your Fair Use Limits are reset.

Fair Use Limits will automatically be reset at the end of your monthly registration cycle (this depends on when you signed up for your account). If you do not want to wait until the end of your monthly registration cycle, you can always reset your Fair Use Limits by purchasing credits for outbound calling.

PLEASE NOTE: Even if you have a positive credit balance in your account, you are still subject to our Fair Use Limits policy.

We reserve the right to limit future usage at any time based upon the above policies and at our sole discretion.
